Research Interests
My research examines willingness
to book in hotel on-line advanced booking setting, and the consequent
impact on the performance of service providers’ revenue management policies.
Currently I am investigating the multidimensionality of hotels’
cancellation policies and how these dimensions affect potential hotel
customers’ propensity to book a room.
